Install Steam into a bottle. 2. Install the game via Steam. (Don't bother installing Visual C — it won't fix the error.) 3. Open C: Drive → Program Files (x86) → Steam → steamapps → common → MECCHA CHAMELEON → Chameleon → Binaries → Win64 4. Make a plain-text file named steam_appid.txt in that Win64 folder.
