Supporting Students Beyond the Classroom: The Backpack Program at Nevin Elementary

The backpack program is a program in many cities and towns to help supplement food insecurity and offset the rising cost of food. We need this right now and I’m sure many other people do as well and don’t know that this exists. We couldn’t do a big grocery haul this week so we are using these snacks to get by.
