An Ohio dad is recovering after he was internally decapitated during a workplace incident last month. Philip Pohle, 32, was clearing fallen trees from a roadway at Hocking Hills State Park in March when his foot became stuck on the gas pedal of a front loader, according to CBS affiliate WBNS.
